Waterfront Group's Story

History

Founded in 1994, Waterfront Group has been in the business of assisting clients in finding and purchasing the most beautiful land this country has to offer. Waterfront Group has made the American dream of land ownership a reality for thousands of people. Whether the dream is about a lake front retreat, a mountain cabin, or a coastal cottage, we have the right property, at an affordable price.

We have been locating, improving and offering premier retirement, recreational and vacation property to the public for over a decade. Our founders and principle owners are actively involved in all aspects of our business from the acquisition of property to the final sale. » Visit Website		  The Adkins Pet Center is a pet care facility dedicated to finding homes for dogs and cats. We are a non-profit, no-kill rescue organization that houses a large number of dogs, cats, puppies and kittens available for adoption. We also offer full service boarding and grooming. The Adkins Pet Center was built by a foundation set up by businessmen & brothers Mark & Will Adkins, along with Mark's fiancée, Janet Robinson.  Animal lovers since they were children, Mark & Will have always wanted to create a place to help animals.

 Located in the beautiful mountains of Ashe County near Boone, North Carolina, Camp New Hope is a privately owned, nonprofit, no-charge facility for families who have children with life-threatening medical conditions. This unique and rustic five-bedroom lodge will provide you and your family with all the comforts of home, and more.

By working with professional foresters, land planners, landscape architects and conservation specialists we are able to create developments that are both beautiful to the eye and sensitive to the environment.
